Home, Sweet Home

Hello all! Greetings from the country roads of New England! Yes, I'm home, and I love being home. It means seeing stars in the night sky, familiar faces, catching up with people I adore, food I've missed, places I long for, etc.

I've been working on doing some theatre/story-telling based work with some elementary school kids. They are grades K through 4th. It's fun to see them gain excitement over reading, theatre, and the act of telling stories.

Being home for that has also allotted me the much needed time to see some family, catch up with old friends, and just be around people and places that I love and have missed dearly.

I have spent the past few days in Boston (my old stomping grounds), catching up with old pals from college and theatre internships, etc. It was exactly what I needed on so many levels. I hope you enjoy a few photos from my time in Boston.

PREPARE YOURSELF! I get up bright and early in the morning for a day trip to New York City! Show to be seen: TBA. I'm sure there is bound to be a spiffy post about NYC...

For now, my loves, here is Boston (how can you not love this city?):

 (Wild Turkey in the city)

 (Fenway)

(Bunker Hill Blueberry Ale from Boston Beer Works- my absolute favorite and a must-have)

(My hotel room was in the Back Bay area)

 (North End-ish/Government Center...ish)

(My favorite cannoli from Mike's Pastry in Boston's North End- to. die. for.)

(Hancock Tower at night [when I prefer to wear my sunglasses])

(Bruins lovin' on the doors at North Station)

(Bridge)

 (Tree in Boston Public Gardens)
