A Bonding Experience

 I recently had my first rehearsal for a show that I am really excited about! I haven't been in rehearsals in ages. It feels extremely frightening, but exciting to be getting my acting feet wet again.

 My fried conceived of this great idea for a James Bond show. The cast consists of myself and two talented young gents. We are working against type, which makes things all that more fun and interesting. We are only one rehearsal in, and I can already tell that this is going to be a fun, exciting, and very collaborative process. I can't wait for people to see the final product!

Mom,

Happy Mother's Day to my very best friend! Thank you for always being an example of what strength, grace, and humor looks like. Thank you for showing me what a Mother can be and can mean. You never fail to inspire me to become a better woman. You've always worked so hard to keep us all standing, and never asked more of us than to do our best and be good people. You've always said that you just want us to be happy, health, be ourselves, and just be good people. Thank you for always fostering an environment for us to be able to do that... even in some of the toughest of times, and never under ideal circumstances. Despite our hard times, there has never been a lack of laughter, fun, and love. You are one of the hardest working woman I know, and I hope you know that you are loved and appreciated beyond anything words will ever be able to express. 

Thank you for being my rock, my friend, my Mom, and my inspiration. 

Here is to many, many, many more Mother's Days for you!
